We want you to feel iconic in your Baby Phat gear, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all intimate apparel and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature cat logo tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
